During the early 2010s, there was fast paced technological advancement in the US, from social networks to big data to the gig economy. In addition to ideas, all innovation required highly skilled tech talent – Engineers, product managers, dev ops engineers, QA engineers, DevSecOps, Infrastructure engineers, to name just a few.

Companies in the US would however, sooner or later seek out the best talent available around the world, no matter where they are located. Especially with the rise of great collaborative software for teams such as Slack, Jira and Microsoft teams. Technology teams could now work from anywhere much like they had once done within a single office, utilizing the features of these new team software packages.

Lots of Applicants

Each quarter, we receive tens of thousands of applications. Based on their profile and a unique set of algorithms, we assign each candidate to the most appropriate open positions that we currently have or may have in the near future. Then we will begin our rigorous hiring process, which we use to sift out the best candidates.

Online Testing

Upon tracking the applicant engineers for a position, our system automatically assigns them online tests aligned with their specific skills, as well as mandatory English and IQ tests. There are many different tests we use to determine an applicant’s suitability for a particular role and the relevant experience they have. Depending on the position, DevOps Engineers must pass DevOps, DevSecOps must pass security and an Advanced IQ test, English test, and other tests.

HR Interview

The candidate is then interviewed by our HR team to evaluate their communication skills, commitment, and personality to determine whether they will be a good fit for us and our clients once they pass the exams.

Full Technical Interview

Prior to being hired, our expert Technical Interviewers conduct an exhaustive interview. In this stage, they ask very specific questions regarding potential projects in which the candidate might be involved, as well as real-time problem-solving.
